We offer free standard shipping to the continental United States for EVERY order on Customfitfilters.com.

Expedited shipping

At this point, we do not offer rush shipping on any of our orders. We simply are not equipped to offer this service at this point in time and given the cost of the rush shipping relative to the underlying items (air filters are fairly cheap but bulky!) it very rarely makes sense from a consumer perspective to pay for expedited shipping. That being said, we aim to please our customers and if you have a unique situation that requires your order to be expedited, simply contact us and we will do our absolute best to accommodate it.

Shipping outside of the continental United States

At this time, we only ship to the continental United States. Much like the expedited shipping, it very rarely makes economical sense to ship filters outside of the continental US as the cost to ship the filters internationally (or to Hawaii and Alaska) is prohibitively expensive relative to the cost of the underlying product. However, we do believe that our business model and filter manufacturing process is unique and aim to be expanding internationally in the future – we will certainly keep you posted.

Returns

Q. How do I return a package?
A. Customfitfilters.com unconditionally guarantees all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return  merchandise in new condition, with its original packaging and accessories for a prompt refund within 30 days of the original ship date. Components that are not returned with all items intact will result in the issuance of a prorated credit based on the cost of the missing items. Contact us to request a return.
Q. How do I exchange an item?
A. Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you have found another item that you would prefer over one you have already received, we ask that you place a separate order for the new item and that you return the unwanted item. Once the returned item has been picked up, a credit will be issued to your account. Please write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and affix the UPS mailing label you receive when you notified us of the return.
Q. What if I order the wrong size custom made filter?
A. Because our custom made filters are constructed from one continuous piece of aluminum, we can't re-size them once they are made.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen.  So if your filter does not fit properly we will arrange make you a new one in the correct size and ship it back out to you.  We must charge nominal fee of $25 to cover shipping and handling charges. contact support@customfitfilter.com,  or call  561-477-1212.
Free Shipping
If you have made a mistake and need to return your order, the original shipping fees that you saved on the order will be deducted from the refund.  This does not apply if we have made an error in shipment.
